Co-founded CardCash.com in 2009 and swiftly transformed the startup into one of the world's largest gift card exchange marketplaces. For his outstanding achievements, Forbes Magazine recognized Elliot as one of America's Most Promising CEOs under the age of 35, a prestigious list featuring only 22 individuals. His strategic vision has fostered key partnerships with industry giants such as Walmart, Amazon, CVS, and United Airlines, solidifying his reputation as a dynamic leader in technology-driven entrepreneurship. With a decade of experience in M&A, Elliot has successfully orchestrated investment and acquisition deals, raising over tens of millions in venture capital and debt financing from esteemed names like Guggenheim Partners, Incomm, Pathward, and Sterling National Bank.

Nearly 40 years experience in product introduction and direct marketing, being one of the first to market products through infomercials in 1984. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Harrington appeared as one of the original panelists on “Shark Tank,” from 2009 to 2011. He currently serves as a director of Celsius Corp., Emergent Health Corp., and Redwood Scientific Technologies, Inc.

Paul K. Danner is a seasoned public company leader with more than three decades of executive experience driving shareholder value in dynamic, highly regulated industries. As Executive Chairman of Sharps Technology, Inc., he was selected to guide the Company’s strategic transition where his capital markets expertise and operational track record position him uniquely to lead as the Principal Executive Officer. Mr. Danner has served as chief executive of multiple Nasdaq-listed enterprises, where he successfully executed IPOs, led M&A-driven growth strategies, raised significant capital, and delivered sustained operational transformation. He has also held senior board leadership roles—including Executive Chairman, Chairman, and Audit Committee Chair—across six different public companies. A graduate of Colorado State University (B.S. Business Finance) and Old Dominion University’s Strome College of Business (M.B.A.), Mr. Danner is also a retired U.S. Navy Captain, F-14 Tomcat Naval Aviator, and Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer. He brings disciplined leadership, strategic vision, and a demonstrated ability to create lasting value—qualities that make him exceptionally well-suited to lead Sharps Technology into its next phase of growth.
